Return Policy

Due to the fact that Uniwoof products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns. However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement.

If the item is damaged/broken or wrong, please contact our Customer Support. You should contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If your report exceeds this period, we may not be able to offer our warranty. Therefore, please make sure you unpackage the order immediately upon receipt and contact us.

Reshipment & Refund

We want you to love your experience with us! Instead of going through the hassle of returning your item, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund to make things right. No need to return the item - feel free to keep it or share it with someone who might enjoy it!

Based on the reasons below, we’re happy to offer you two options: a full refund or a replacement because of:

  • Faulty, damaged, or inoperable merchandise.
  • The order arrived with the item(s) missing.
  • The size, color, or customized item is incorrect per the order placed.
  • The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
  • The package was returned to its sender though the address was valid and correct.
  • The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.

Refund Timeline

Once we issue your refund, the amount will be processed to the original payment method you chose to make your purchase. It would take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank account so please await. If the amount doesn't return after this period, please contact your issuing bank for more information.

We will not be able to process both a refund and a remake. You are only eligible for either option at a time.

Claim Procedures

1. Take a photo of the item(s)

We strictly require graphic proof to resolve claims so please make sure you attach at least a well-focused photo of the defective item so we can provide you with a resolution quickly. Claims that are not accompanied by proof will not be reviewed.

2. Contact us via email support@uniwoof.com or fill this form

Please submit your photo(s) and state clearly whether you wish for a remake or a refund. This will help avoid back and forth communication.

3. Wait till our support team get back to you within 24 - 48 hours
