1. Estimate time of arrival
All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Tracking Notification
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships, along with tracking updates. Please allow 2–5 days for the carrier to scan your package. If there are no updates after that, contact our Customer Support for help.
Shipping options depend on your location and items. Some orders, especially those from China, may be handed to local carriers, which can affect tracking visibility.
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, but delays can happen due to weather, flight schedules, or high order volumes. Check your tracking details for the latest updates.
2. Shipping fee
Specific shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
- Domestic Standard Shipping: The shipping fee starts from $6.99, depending on the state and shipping method you choose.
- Domestic Express Shipping: We offer express shipping for domestic orders only starting from $12.65.
- International Standard Shipping: We offer international shipping starting from $12.99.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
